Job Description

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the 2026 Technology Vision to stakeholders, executives, and engineering teams.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of supporting next-gen business requirements.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing).
- Collaborate with product management to ensure technical feasibility of roadmap items.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Drive technical decision-making processes and mitigate architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
