Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to identify viable opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term strategic goals and key performance indicators.
- Manage the lifecycle of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology investments and market shifts.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technology projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
