Responsibilities
- Safely operate school buses on designated routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Manage student boarding and exiting procedures
- Enforce safety protocols and bus rules
- Maintain accurate transportation records
- Respond appropriately to emergencies
- Communicate with parents and school staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver’s license
- Ability to obtain Class B CDL with P/S endorsements
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Patience and dedication to student safety
