Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and vans to deliver freight to customers in and around the Omaha metro area.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).
- Manage delivery paperwork, including Bills of Lading and delivery receipts.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and DOT regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience preferred.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of map reading and GPS navigation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
