Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and extracurricular activities
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain strict adherence to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Manage student behavior with positive reinforcement techniques
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Complete accurate daily route documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class B CDL with P/S endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to complete)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist students with mobility needs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
