Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and field trips
- Pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain strict adherence to traffic laws
- Communicate effectively with parents/administration
- Manage student behavior with positive reinforcement
- Document mileage and route compliance
- Report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Driver's License (Class E minimum)
- Pass background check & drug screening
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and climb bus stairs
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Patience working with children ages 5-18
- No DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
