Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and field trips following strict safety protocols
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain orderly conduct on the bus and ensure student safety at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch
- Adhere to precise schedules and routes in all weather conditions
- Complete accurate daily trip logs and incident reports
- Assist students with mobility needs as required
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Commercial Driver's License (Class B) with Passenger endorsement
- Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist students with mobility
- Pass background check and fingerprint clearance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous driving experience preferred
