Responsibilities
- Safely transport K-12 students on assigned routes
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Enforce safety protocols during boarding and disembarking
- Maintain student discipline and positive onboard environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Adhere to strict schedule adherence and traffic regulations
- Complete incident reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain CDL (training provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage student behavior professionally
- Physical ability to assist students with mobility needs
