Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and extracurricular activities
- Conduct daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Enforce bus safety protocols and student conduct rules
- Maintain accurate transportation records and logs
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and route changes
Qualifications
- Valid California Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- School Bus & Passenger (P) endorsements
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Clear DMV record (no major violations in 5 years)
- Pass background check and physical examination
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb bus steps
