Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and field trips
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety
- Adhere to strict traffic and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Maintain accurate transportation logs
- Respond to emergency situations calmly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio Driver's License (minimum 2 years)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to work with children
- Flexibility for early morning/afternoon hours
