Responsibilities
- Safely operate school buses on designated routes
- Conduct daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Manage student boarding/alighting procedures
- Maintain orderly conduct on the bus
- Communicate effectively with parents/school staff
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Complete incident documentation when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license (minimum 2 years)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to obtain Class B CDL with P endorsement
- Strong communication skills
- Patience working with children
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
