As a vital part of the Lincoln community, you will ensure the safety and well-being of our students while providing exceptional customer service to parents and school staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Safely transport students to and from school and school activities on assigned routes.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe bus environment at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and school policies.
- Manage student behavior and ensure orderly loading and unloading.
- Communicate effectively with parents, dispatchers, and school personnel.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with Passenger (P) endorsement is preferred but not required if you are willing to complete our paid training program.
- Clean driving record (MVR) and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to student safety and punctuality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
