Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and extracurricular activities
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain student discipline and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Adhere to all Ohio traffic laws and school policies
- Manage emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Maintain clean and orderly bus interior
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to obtain Class B CDL with P endorsement
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs (wheelchair equipment)
- Patience and experience working with children
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for early morning/afternoon shifts
