Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school on assigned routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during transit
- Follow all federal/state transportation regulations
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch
- Complete incident reports and maintenance logs
- Participate in ongoing safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Patience and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Willingness to obtain CDL within 90 days of hire
