Responsibilities
- Safely transport students on designated routes according to schedules
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain logs
- Manage student behavior with positive reinforcement techniques
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch
- Adhere to all federal/state transportation regulations
- Emergency response training and incident reporting
- Maintain clean and orderly bus environment
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to obtain Class B CDL with passenger endorsement (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to work with children
- Physical ability to assist students with mobility needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21+ years old
