Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and field trips
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain student discipline and safety protocols
- Adhere to strict schedules and designated routes
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Complete daily mileage and incident reports
- Operate specialized equipment (wheelchair lifts, etc.)
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to obtain CDL with school bus endorsement
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Patience working with children (ages 5-18)
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- No experience required – full training provided!
