As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school in a safe and timely manner. We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Drive school buses safely along assigned routes to pick up and drop off students on time.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students while on the bus.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, school administrators, and dispatch.
- Follow all traffic laws and school district safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.
- A clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
