Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school and designated activities on schedule.
- Monitor student behavior on the bus and ensure a safe and orderly environment.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to verify mechanical safety.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bus interior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with parents, school administrators, and dispatch.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements required.
- Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record (MVR check required).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
- Strong customer service skills and patience when working with children.
