Responsibilities
- Transport students safely to and from school and school-sponsored activities.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment for all passengers.
- Monitor student behavior and ensure safety while boarding and exiting the bus.
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with School Bus endorsement.
- Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 7 years.
- Pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning and late afternoon shifts.
- Strong customer service skills and patience when working with children.
