Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and field trips
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and safety checks
- Maintain orderly student conduct during routes
- Follow precise schedules and traffic regulations
- Document mileage and incident reports accurately
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Adhere to all Ohio Department of Transportation standards
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and background check
- Must be 21+ years old
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and climb bus steps
- Patience and ability to work with children
- No DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
