Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles across designated routes in the Wichita metro area
- Efficiently load/unload cargo while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and optimize route efficiency
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain electronic delivery logs and documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Wichita area geography and traffic patterns
- DOT medical certification and HazMat endorsement preferred
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
