Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods and materials across designated San Antonio routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of service
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Load/unload merchandise securely using proper equipment and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience with clean MVR
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio geography and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening per DOT regulations
