Responsibilities
- Operate commercial delivery vehicles safely and efficiently on established routes.
- Load and unload freight accurately and securely, ensuring cargo safety.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling deliveries with care.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery logs and timesheets.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial or delivery capacity.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning software.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
