Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to designated locations on schedule
- Plan and optimize daily routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
- Load/unload merchandise with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve route issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and route planning tools
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and occasional overtime
