Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles on established routes throughout Tucson and surrounding areas
- Load/unload cargo with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route issues
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license (or equivalent state driver's license)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Tucson-area geography
- Basic GPS navigation and route planning skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
