Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods across Seattle metro area
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with warehouse team for timely loading/unloading
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Resolve delivery exceptions with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Seattle metro roadways and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
- Proficient with route navigation apps and delivery software
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance
