Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate assigned routes using GPS systems
- Load, unload, and verify shipment contents for accuracy and safety
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and documentation for each route
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route adjustments and priority deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate loading equipment
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Nashville metro area
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Basic computer literacy for using delivery tracking systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
