Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver fresh produce to retail clients across Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery records and inventory management systems
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle cleanliness/maintenance
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication
- Adapt routes dynamically for traffic/weather conditions
- Assist with warehouse loading/unloading duties when required
- Comply with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience preferred)
- Proven experience in route delivery or similar logistics role
- Excellent knowledge of Miami-Dade County roadways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for delivery documentation
- Spanish language proficiency highly desirable
- Pass background check and drug screening
