Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and complete assigned routes on schedule
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and resolve inquiries
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan CDL Class B license (A preferred)
- 1+ year commercial driving experience with clean MVR
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate pallet jacks
- Strong knowledge of Detroit metro area and surrounding counties
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
