As a Route Driver, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive their packages with care and efficiency. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Box trucks, Parcel vans) along designated routes in the Las Vegas valley.
- Load and unload cargo using dollies, pallet jacks, or hand trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain proper signatures for all packages and documents.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, mileage records, and delivery status reports using company software.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is road-ready and clean.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Possession of a current and valid Driver's License.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging delivery information.
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
