Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Box Trucks) on assigned local routes.
- Pick up and deliver merchandise to residential and commercial locations with accuracy.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and delivery receipts (PODs).
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients at every stop.
- Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring cargo is secure and undamaged.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable local driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Certificate and drug screening clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Denver streets and local geography.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must possess a clean driving record with no major infractions.
