Responsibilities
- Operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport freight to designated customers in the San Antonio area.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo safely using dollies and hand trucks.
- Verify delivery accuracy, obtain proper signatures, and update delivery logs.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
- Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
