Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Class A or B) on designated routes throughout the Las Vegas valley.
- Load and unload cargo accurately, ensuring proper securing and handling of all packages and materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and resolving delivery issues on the spot.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete all necessary paperwork, including bills of lading and inspection reports.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Manage inventory at delivery points and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in route delivery or logistics.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills to ensure routes are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
