Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate San Jose routes efficiently
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team
- Represent company brand professionally with all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with clean record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of San Jose area geography
- Commercial vehicle insurance eligibility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
