Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles (box trucks and vans) following designated routes and schedules
- Load/unload inventory with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in last 5 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Oakland/Bay Area geography
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
