Responsibilities
- Safely operate refrigerated trucks to deliver perishable goods on established routes
- Load/unload inventory with proper handling techniques to prevent spoilage
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adapt routes based on traffic and delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and food safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of Fresno area and Central Valley geography
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
