Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles along designated routes in Baltimore metropolitan area
- Load/unload packages with precision using proper equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
- Assist in inventory management and warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and operate hydraulic equipment
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore area geography and traffic patterns
- DOT medical certification and ability to pass background check
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
