Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Houston metro area routes
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and inventory logs
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt to changing delivery schedules and prioritize efficiency
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Houston-area roadways and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate pallet jacks
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for delivery verification
- Professional communication and customer service aptitude
