Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along assigned routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Load/unload merchandise safely using proper equipment
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B CDL)
- Clean driving record with minimum 2 years experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic navigation knowledge of Indianapolis area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility for early morning start times
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
