Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles (vans/box trucks) on designated routes following DOT regulations
- Load/unload merchandise using proper techniques and equipment (pallet jacks, dollies)
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to schedules
- Represent the company professionally with exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with GPS navigation and route planning apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory management
