Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Plan and execute efficient routes across the Houston metropolitan area
- Load/unload goods with precision and care to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Houston area geography
- Proficient in GPS navigation and route planning
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- DOT medical certification current and maintained
