Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods to customers in the Fresno area and surrounding regions.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork, including delivery receipts and mileage records.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any delivery issues promptly.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial environment.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs independently.
- Strong knowledge of local Fresno geography and traffic patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
