Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for daily delivery routes within Fort Worth metroplex
- Plan and optimize routes using GPS navigation software to maximize efficiency
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques and equipment operation
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate pallet jacks
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth roadways and surrounding areas
- Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELD) and route planning tools
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
