Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along designated routes in Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries promptly
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adapt to dynamic route adjustments and optimize delivery schedules
- Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience in delivery or logistics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth metro area roadways and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication abilities and customer service focus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency for digital documentation
