Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery trucks and vans on assigned routes throughout the Dallas metroplex.
- Pick up and deliver merchandise to commercial and residential locations efficiently.
- Verify and inspect cargo for damages before and after transit to ensure accountability.
- Manage accurate delivery documentation, timesheets, and log books.
- Ensure timely arrival at stops while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized cab and cargo area at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a commercial vehicle.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging and reporting software.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
