Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on scheduled routes using GPS navigation
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer signatures via mobile app
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Resolve delivery exceptions with proactive customer communication
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate pallet jacks
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore metro area and Maryland highways
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commercial driving experience with hazardous materials endorsement preferred
- OSHA safety certification a plus
