Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver food orders on designated routes
- Verify order accuracy and maintain customer satisfaction during deliveries
- Manage inventory and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain clean driving records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers
- Complete daily delivery logs and paperwork accurately
- Assist with route optimization during peak delivery hours
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Food Handler's Certificate preferred
