Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation
- Load/unload merchandise with proper handling techniques
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and vehicle inspection reports
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A/B) or clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or route driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic computer literacy for digital manifest systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
