Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes while meeting strict time windows
- Load/unload merchandise with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and customer documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve route issues and optimize delivery efficiency
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical concerns
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and route planning tools
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
