Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Plan and execute efficient daily routes using GPS navigation systems
- Load/unload merchandise with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with GPS technology and delivery apps
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
